 She was a self made millionaire. Her real name was Sarah Breedlove McWilliams C.J. Walker. She added madam to her name.

Madam C.J. grew up as a poor child.She was also the first female millionaire.

Story of the Invention: She started her own business in 1905. First product: scalp treatment that used prtrolatum and sulphur.Her shampoo was made from vegetables. And the name of her hair care line was A" Lelia Perry Bundles.This product was used for straighting hair.

Story of the Impact of the Invention: This invention has helped many of black and white woman tame their hair. Shampoo has changed throughout the years, but Madame C.J. Walker is still remembered.

Story of the Future of the Invention: This invention will be transformed and made even more powerful in the future. Hair care has always been important and she will be thanked for being the first woman geting one million dollars and geting woman into retail sources.
